Our goods are delivered by DPD. Dispatch is usually effected

within one to two working days from receipt of payment, or, in case of "Cash on Delivery",

from receipt of order before noon (Monday to Friday).

If either event occurs on a Friday goods will be dispatched on following Monday.

Each consignment is covered by insurance up to its commercial value.

 Incoming goods inspection is requested immediately on arrival of package(s) to

ensure all is in sound condition, or to obtain written confirmation from forwarder

of any transport damages should this prove necessary. 

Forwarding cost within Germany amounts to Euro 8.70,

an additional fee of Euro 5.00 applies to C.o.D.

Forwarding to Austria, Belgium and The Netherlands costs Euro 14.35.

A total of Euro 20.50 will be charged in case of C.o.D.

To all other EC countries forwarding will also cost Euro 14.35, with C.o.D.

not being available.

Unfortunately, forwarding to Switzerland can currently not be arranged.
